Аннотация. В статье на основе анализа научных публикаций и образовательной практики охарактеризованы особенности личности современного обучающегося, формируемые под влиянием интернет-контента. Показана специфика когнитивной и эмоционально-ценностной сферы «сетевой» личности, оказывающая влияние на ее идентификацию и самопрезентацию в процессе социализации. Подчеркивается роль педагогического взаимодействия с «сетевой» личностью в формировании у нее адекватной картины мира с целью подготовки выпускника школы к самореализации.

Abstract. The modern student’s personality traits generated under the influence of the Internet content are analyzed on the basis of the data given in publications and taken from educational practice. Specificity of cognitive, emotional and value characteristics of the network-related personality which influence its identity and self-presentation in the process of socialization is described. The role of pedagogical interaction with the network-related personality while forming the student’s picture of the world in order to prepare the school graduate’s to self-realization is highlighted.

Рассматриваются вопросы развития добровольческой деятельности в образовательных организациях высшего образования в контексте воспитательной работы, а также реализации «третьей миссии» университетов. Анализируются успешные практики федеральных университетов, а также данные социологического исследования, раскрывающего портрет современного волонтера.

Abstract. The authors consider the development of volunteers’ activities in higher educational institutions in the context of educational work and implementation of the «third mission» of universities. The article analyzes the successful practices of Federal universities, as well as the data of sociological research revealing the profile of the modern volunteer. Key words. Аннотация. В статье охарактеризована внутренняя система оценки качества дополнительного профессионального образования. Представлены основные этапы ее построения и реализации. Особый акцент сделан на рассмотрении адаптивной матричной организационной структуры внутренней системы оценки качества дополнительного профессионального образования.

Abstract. The quality assessment system of continuing professional education is characterized in the article. Main steps of its construction and realization are presented. Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются пути повышения качества обучения родному языку и литературе в конкретном регионе, а также совершенствование оценки качества знаний учащихся. Анализируется системная работа по изучению этих предметов в школе, формы инновационного преподавания, компетентностный подход к оценке качества подготовки обучающихся. Отмечается, что школьная система оценки качества образования имеет и методические проблемы, и перспективы.

Abstract. The article deals with topical issues of education – assessing the quality of education and improving teaching. It gives an idea of the forms and methods that provide conditions for improving the quality of education, ways to improve the assessment of the quality of knowledge on the native language and literature in a particular region. The systematic work on the study of the native language and literature at school, various forms of high-quality teaching are traced, a competence-based approach to assessing the quality of students’ educational outcomes is revealed. It is noted that the school system for assessing the quality of education has both methodological problems and prospects. The results of the study are methodologically significant and concern the systematization of learning technologies and their application in the educational process.

Аннотация. В материалах Круглого стола обосновывается актуальность высшего гуманитарного образования в регионе и направлений его реализации, система которых позволяет идентифицировать его в качестве культурного императива региона. Рассматриваются особенности стандартов третьего поколения и изменения, внесенные в ФГОС ВО 3++. Уделяется внимание проблемам проектирования образовательных программ высшего педагогического образования, обозначены вопросы, которые возникают у вуза при разработке новых учебных планов по направлению подготовки «Педагогическое образование». Проектирование и реализация этих программ осуществляется в ВоГУ в условиях расширения образовательного пространства при изучении русского языка и на основе межпредметных связей, используемых в том числе для формирования читательской компетенции. Это является актуальной проблемой, т.к. умение грамотно работать с текстами разных жанров и стилей является предпосылкой не только успешности школьников на уроках русского языка и литературы, но и эффективности подготовки будущих учителей. Региональный компонент литературного образования рассматривается в отношении к процессу культурной глобализации и противостоящей ему тенденции к сохранению национальных культур. Он квалифицируется как действенная форма воспитания патриотизма, способствующая социокультурной идентификации личности. В организации изучения и преподавания в школе предмета «История» как важнейшего составного элемента гуманитарного образования в целом используется региональный историко-культурный стандарт Вологодской области, разработанный специалистами ВоГУ. Процесс преподавания всеобщей истории как гуманитарной дисциплины, в том числе истории Нового времени, основан на применении интерактивных методов обучения и проектной деятельности. Формирование вторичной (поликультурной) языковой личности студентов профиля «Иностранные языки» направления «Педагогическое образование» осуществляется в ВоГУ вне иноязычной среды на основе образовательного и организационного опыта, накопленного на кафедре английского языка и на кафедре немецкого и французского языков.

Abstract. At the Round-table conference on April 24, 2019 held in Vologda State University (VoSU) the prospects of the Humanities higher education in regions facing globalization were discussed. The acting rector of the University Vyacheslav V. Priyatelev drew participants’ attention to deep traditions of pedagogical education as the basis for the Humanities faculties of VoSU resulted from the merger of Vologda State Pedagogical University and Vologda State Technical University. The Editor-in-Chief of the journal “Pedagogics” Ruslan S. Boziev developed the idea and defined general trends in the educational development of Russian regions and territories which reflect the experience of regional universities. This very experience was presented by the participants of the Round-table conference while discussing the following problems: – priorities of the Humanities higher education in the region and the preservation of regional culture facing the process of globalization, – the continuity in the system “school–university–school” connected with the peculiarities of pedagogical universities in training specialists who will meet the requirements of schools as their prospective employers, – the real state of the Humanities higher education in Vologda region in terms of realizing the Federal State Educational Standard (FSES) and the continuity of school and university education, – realization of the FSES regional components and regional subject-oriented standards in the context of interdisciplinary approach, – methodological and administrative aspects of realizing the FSES regional components, regional subject-oriented standards and teaching–learning process in VoSU. The reasons for the Humanities education becoming urgent in the regional higher education are stated in the article. Realizing various directions of the Humanities in higher education enables identifying them as the cultural imperative of the region. The features of the third generation standards and the changes made to the Federal State Educational Standard for higher education 3++ are discussed. Attention is paid to the problems of designing educational programs of higher pedagogical education so the issues that arise when developing new curricula at university are indicated. Those programs are 88 Педагогика № 10, 2019 developed and realized in the conditions of widening the educational environment while teaching and learning Russian and on the basis of interdisciplinary connections used while forming reading competence which is necessary both for schoolchildren to be successful at Russian and Literature lessons and for prospective teachers to be efficient as professionals. The regional component of literary education is considered in terms of cultural globalization and preservation of national cultures and qualified as the means of sociocultural identification of the human. The regional historical and cultural standard in Vologda region is used in organizing the study and school teaching of the subject “History” as an essential component of the Humanities. It is implemented taking into consideration the problems of studying the World History in university which in spite of being rather neglected remains effective due to interactive and project methods. The problem of developing multicultural linguistic persona of future foreign language teachers (undergraduate students specializing in Educational Studies) is effectively solved outside the natural linguistic environment. The English Department, the German and French Department of Vologda State University established some methodological and administrative practices which are implemented in the teaching–learning process. Some ways to extend and to deepen foreign languages teachers’ humanitarian and pedagogical training are described. Key words. Аннотация. В статье представлены основные тенденции обучения иностранным языкам во взаимосвязи с культурой изучаемого языка на основе иноязычных текстов. Определен принцип культуросообразности при обучении иностранным языкам. Рассмотрен процесс создания картины мира учащегося при помощи разнообразных текстов. Выявлены и классифицированы обучающие возможности текстов различных видов и жанров, способные обеспечить уважительное отношение к языку и иным национально-культурным ценностям и формирование коммуникативно-деятельностной компетенции, что является предпосылкой успешности коммуникации на иностранном языке. Abstract. The article presents the main trends of teaching foreign languages in relation to the culture of the language being studied on the basis of foreign language texts. The principle of cultural conformity in teaching foreign languages is defined. The process of creating the student’s picture of the world through various texts is considered. The authors identify and classify the educational opportunities of different text types and genres that can provide a respectful attitude to the language and other national and cultural values as well as the formation of communicative activity competence, which is a prerequisite for successful communication in a foreign language. The purpose of the study is to present the current trends of teaching foreign languages on the basis of linguocultural approach to the study of foreign language texts. Among the research methods study and analysis of scientific literature on the subject of the research, systematization, classification, specification, abstraction and interpretation were used. The necessity and relevance of introducing linguocultural materials being a source of valuable information about the region into the process of teaching foreign languages are confirmed. The linguistic and cultural potential of foreign language texts for expansion of the scope of background knowledge and for the formation of the student’s linguistic and artistic picture of the world is revealed. Аннотация. В статье рассматривается проблема описания истории российских университетов с учетом нормативно-правовой базы, определявшей функционирование российской системы образования и управление ею. На основе материалов 1-й половины XIX в. показано, что исследование этого пласта данных способствует прояснению многих существенных аспектов развития высшего образования в России.

Abstract. The problem of describing the history of Russian universities is analyzed in the article taking into account the legislative foundations that determined the management and functioning of Russian educational institutions. The research based on the materials of the 1st half of the 19th century shows that the study of the documents allows clarifying many significant aspects of the development of Russian universities and other institutions of higher education.

Аннотация. Поиск оптимальных методов и инструментов оценивания, предназначенных для измерения общекультурных и профессиональных компетенций студентов, является одной из самых актуальных и сложных задач системы высшего образования на современном этапе. Целью настоящей статьи является критический анализ преимуществ и недостатков сложившейся во Франции системы оценки знаний и ее влияния на развитие личностных качеств обучаемых.

Abstract. The choice of appropriate evaluation methods and tools, designed to measure the cultural and professional competencies of students, is one of the biggest problems facing higher education today. The role of the substitute family in meeting the foster child’s developmental needs

Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются важнейшие потребности ребенка, которые должны быть удовлетворены замещающими родителями, чтобы ребенок мог вырасти психически здоровым человеком. Рассматривается проблема психического здоровья в контексте психологических исследований. Список личностных характеристик психически здоровых людей составлен в соответствии с теорией А. Маслоу. Представлены различные виды воспитания в семье.

Abstract. The article considers the child’s most important needs which must be met by substitute parents, so that the child could grow up as a mentally healthy person. The problem of mental health in the context of psychological research is considered. The list of mentally healthy people’s personal characteristics is made up according to A.Maslow’s theory. Various types of upbringing in the family are presented.
